One week training programme on Soil Testing , Plant Analysis and water quality analysis at Deptt of Soil Science , BAU, Ranchi during 2016-17

Dear Sir,

 

We have the pleasure to announce that the ONE WEEK Training in Soil Testing, Plant Analysis and Water Quality Assessment will be organized , starting from second and fourth week of every month till March 2017 at Department of Soil Science & Agril Chemistry, Birsa Agril. University, Kanke , Ranchi. Soil Testing Training include important areas like plant analysis, water quality testing, instrumentation, formulation of recommendations etc. in addition to soil testing so as to impart analytical skills for a wide range of applications in crop production, and monitoring soil health and environment.

 

The training is meant for officers/scientists/private entrepreneurs engaged in soil/plant/water testing in the analytical laboratories belonging to public or private sectors.  The course will also be highly useful to the NGOs and entrepreneurs willing to establish a soil/plant/water testing laboratory.

 

A brochure on the details of the Soil Testing Training is enclosed, as also available on BAU webpage (www.bauranchi.org.in).  The intending participants are required to apply in prescribed format through their controlling authorities.  The Application Form printed in the brochure or its photocopy or the one downloaded from the webpage can be used.  The duly filled and signed application should be sent to the undersigned so as to reach latest by first week of the every month.  The Fee should not be sent along with application.  After scrutiny, admission letters to selected candidates will be sent directly. Sending an application doesn’t guarantee the admission to the Training Course.  Candidates admitted to the Course will be required to remit the Fee latest on or before start of the course, on receipt of admission letter from this Division.

 

In case a delay is anticipated in formal communication of the application through controlling authorities, the candidates may send advance copy of the application via registered post or e-mail, but it will be considered only after receipt of confirmation of sponsorship.
