Dr. R. C. Yadav, University Professor and Chairman, Deptt of Soil Science & Agril Chemistry, RAU, Pusa Bihar visited Deptt. of Soil Science, BAU, Ranchi on 08/04/2017. Chairman, Deptt of Soil Science , BAU, Dr. D K Shahi and other faculty members of the deptt were present during the visit. Dr Yadav appreciated the activity going on under different projects running in the department. He visited different units of the department and very patiently hear the scientist during visit to the lab and gave good remarks. In the afternoon One GUEST LECTURE was organized by Ranchi Chapter, ISSS at Dr. R.B.Prasad Memorial Hall. Dr.R.C.Yadav delivered a lecture on “Current trend of Integrated Nutrient Management and its impact on soil health in Eastern India” Dean (Ag) Dr. R. Thakur chair the session. Faculty member of different units of the university , University officer and students of the college join the programme.
